Absolutely! We're happy to move your furniture for you. We ask that you remove all items from the top of the furniture (including lamps, knick-knacks, pictures, etc.), that beds be stripped and pillows removed, and closets have nothing on the floor. All electronics should be disconnected prior to our crew's arrival.
If you're planning on moving your own furniture, please have it removed from our work space before our crew arrives on installation day.

If you decide to takeup your own flooring/carpet, please have it all removed, along with the pad staples, prior to our crew's arrival. Please leave the tack strip down, as that is reusable. If any tack strip needs to be replaced because it's damaged or soiled, we can do that at the time of installation.

The selection process usually works best when you visit our showroom prior to scheduling a free measurement so you can see all the beautiful options available. While you're at our showroom, we'll book a measurement appointment. Our measurer will come out on the appointed day, take your measurements and bring them back to our office so your consultant can give you an estimate. After you accept the quote and provide a 50% deposit, we order the material and schedule your work. Final payment is due upon completion of the work.
For sure! We prefer you take samples home with you! A lot of times, samples will look slightly different in your lighting and with your paint and decor surrounding them. We want to make sure you love what you pick, so keep the samples for several days, look at them at different times of the day to make sure you love it in all different lighting!
Most manufacturers offer visualizers on their websites. In most cases, you can take a picture of your room and the visualizer will show what your room would look like with any number of flooring options. If you're unsure how these visualizers work, stop by and we can walk you through it or do some visualizations for you!

In lots of installations, seams are common (carpet generally comes 12 ft wide, so if your room is wider than 12 ft, you'll have seams). No seam is completely invisible. With direction of lighting sources, patterning, and texture of the carpet, some seams might be more visible than others. If you have questions about this, please ask our measurer during your measure appointment. He'll be able to answer any questions you have about them.
You may notice after your installation that there are scraps and leftover pieces of carpet. Since carpet comes 12 ft wide and most rooms are not exactly 12 ft wide, your room will most likely have a little waste. Not to worry though - our installers will take the small scraps and pieces (and vacuum the carpet as well) and leave you any larger pieces just in case you may have a need for them later!
